there is, I've forwarded link to my parents and all the girls I go to college with so they can forward to staff and their parents (most of them work in/manage nurseries and playgroups). It's outrageous especially if they get rid of the tax credits too.

Funding for 2 year olds is fab but not at the expense of the other two benefits.
