Ooh err, I'm a naughty girl then :panic: I've been minding a month and still not started a proper learning journey :( Everything is moving too fast as I've been helping my daughter settle into reception as well and she is only just starting full days next week.

Hi there, I don't think I let them know when I first started minding, I was registered in April last year and started minding in the June but I am sure I didn't let them know. They rang me in the Sept to arrange a inspection and asked if I was looking after any children at that time.

I stopped minding for a while and let them know when I started again but sure I didn't let them know when first registered xx

I registered in march 07, started work oct 07. Ofsted never rang me at all during that time. I eventually rang them in April 08, as they still hadnt rang. They came and did inspection in June 08.

Crazy it took so long when i read through everything on here and how quick some new minder's are being inspected. lol

I'm just worried that they will inspect me really quickly after I ring them. I still want to get some things sorted in the garden. And also after today's rain, my sun room has decided to spring a leak!
But at least I managed to put the new chicken coop together this afternoon and the hens are warm and snug :)
