Have you checked the properties so that it is reading the correct type of paper.

Go into google and put in paper jamming with the model number and you should find out from that if there are problems and any help with fixing it.

Are you using real or copy ink cartridges?

If they are copy ones you might find if you have a good look around the inside, there is an ink filled bit of paper stuck somewhere right at the back of the roller.

It happened to me once!

hth :D

Don't want to sound patronising but what does the manual say?

has the corner of the paper been slightly crumpled....that causes my machine to jam or leave ink on the edge.
