How much would I charge for a new hoover that I have had to buy £ / % ??? Please.

Im not sure that you can on the basis that you get 10% wear and tear claim anyways, plus you need to have a hoover for your own home generally so its not just a work expense.

Would be interested to know if anyone has put one through and on what % though.....

I would agree that i dont think you can put it though your books due to the fact that you would need to have it even if not minding xx

IF you have bought a hoover with a special filter or a wash system specifically for a child you mind with allergies then you could justify claiming the difference between the normal one and the more expensive one you have bought.

otherwise I would say you needed one anyway for your home.

Oh well worth asking...shame really as ds has allergies which is why we bought the new hoover.. Doesn't hurt to ask ..
