i have a 3 year old mindee 2 afternoons a week
he goes to nursery 5 mornings a week,
do i still have to do full eyfs on him, lots of obs etc?? or is that the nursery's responsability as he's there more??

i would do some but not as many as you would for your full timers

Maybe do your "working with other settings" bit and ask them how much they are doing?
I would still be doing some at your house, for evidence for Ofsted more than anything else.

you do it in relation to the time he is with you - therefore not as much as what you would if he were with you full time iyswim.
lots of working with the other setting - as he is there more then the main bulk of it will fall to them
