... two weeks ago my mindee moved away from the area so I said goodbye:( . sweet LO. Mum phoned tonight and asked if I would be willing to meet her in town(if she paid petrol:thumbsup: ) and take LO back:clapping: . Times fit in fine:) .

Apparantly they don't like the cms they saw. One kept taking toys away from a minded child & giving them to her own child during the meeting:rolleyes: so she was not impressed. She said as I am so wonderful  they really would like to see if this works:clapping: . Told them it is fine by me but to think hard to make sure that they are sure and ring me back:D .

I have a warm fuzzy feeling.

thats really lovely - i was talking to the mum of an ex mindee last saturday - they had to leave as they live quite a distance away and their circumstances changed - she said that although they had no problemswith the new cm, she wasn't me, that her and hubby had been talking and said they would never find another cm like me, i am all 'mumsy', a lovely complement :) allways nice to get good feedback x

What a lovely compliment. I think things like that really make you understand what a good job you do:thumbsup:

I have had to close this week as my ds has been poorly. I spoke to one of the Mum's whose child has only been with me 3 weeks and she had said that her daughter was really sad she wasn't coming. Mum had told her not to worry she would soon be able to go back and play with J (my ds) soon. LO said it was Amanda she wanted to play with:D

Hope it all works out for you xx
