Well, am in the process of registering hubby and increasing numbers. Wrote to the council and you've guessed it..........got to get planning permission because I am using all of downstairs and upstairs bathroom  . The fact is it's exactly the same space as now, so why? Hubby and I don't know what to do. Feel like I'm being penalised for working hard and being honest! Sorry just needed to rant............It's all just money making madness. Don't know if I want the street knowing that I am a childminder and just know the neighbours will be funny about it, but really want hubby to work with me. It's just s*ds law :(

Feel a little better now...........

My dh is registered but we can't increase numbers unless we apply for planning permission and there is no guarantee they will grant it! Needless to say we haven't bothered up to now:rolleyes:

Think you will find it is the number of children you will have that is forcing the planning permission.
