View Full Version : Risk assessment for adding conservatory to certificate

I have now received my pro forma from Ofsted, taken photos but before I send it all off wanted to pick your brains (mine have stopped working) about the risk assessment.

I have included emergency exits (thanks Sarah), plug sockets, radiator covers, safety glass, keys on hook, flooring, temperature control ie u/floor heating, radiator and air con and windows and ceiling vent etc but now I have run out of ideas....

Slippy floor, wasps and other baddies getting in, intruders, door slamming in wind, sharp corners, exposed brick (if it's not plastered), shelving fixed to the walls so it can't be pulled over, rugs slipping, overheating / too cold in winter / temp control monitoring generally...
