i have a thermometer in the fridge, and on the front of the fridge I have a record sheet i fill in each day. time date temp ect, the ofsted lady said that was fine.

i dont have aything to say abut what goes on each shelf,

i suppose you could print out a small one to put on fridge, ie raw meats covered and on bottom shelf ect ect, wouldnt hurt. :)

My env health inspector said it was OK to record temp once a day and he suggested doing it first thing in the morning as a fridge warms up every time it is opened. He told me to put the fridge thermometer at the bottom and make sure the fridge did not get too iced up at the back as this means it is getting too cold.
