does an assistant have to supply ofsted with relevant childcare experience and references?

i'm just looking at the form and im getting confused with it, when i spoke to ofsted yesterday they said they didn't need references and on the form in the relevant experience part it says the same as in the references part.

no idea i think thats if they will be minding along side you. ?! not to sure, the form has confused me too

i've just phoned ofsted and they said NO they don't need to fill these parts out.
