It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be and she was only with me for 2.5 hours. A bit annoying as she didn't stay an extra few minutes to meet one of the parents that was picking up at 12.30. I hadn't asked them to write a letter as I thought she would meet them. Never mind, she liked the letter my full time mindee's mum wrote.

Anyway, I got Good overall with some areas outstanding. Mrs O told me she never usually gives any outstandings on a first inspection and that she had really enjoyed her morning with me and thought I'd achieved an awful lot in a short space of time.:jump for joy:

Thank you all for the help and support, I'm sure I wouldn't have done as well without you all :D

I can relax into my fab job now and get outstanding next time!

Well done you :clapping:

Why doesn't she give outstandings on first inspections? Seems a bit unfair - if you're outstanding then this should be recognised!!

Anyway, at least you can relax now and as you say look forward to getting the outstanding next time!

Well done! So pleased that they do give good gradings. I just hope that I get a fair and honest Mrs Ofsted who doesn't spend more than 2hrs at my house.
