:clapping: Good overall with some aspects outstanding :clapping:

Really pleased she did say it was a very high end good. Slightly disappointed as some of the feedback I didnt really feel I completely agreed with, but parents think its fantastic and say that im outstanding :)

To get an outstanding she said would have been better to have parents coments on learning journey and obs pages - I already have stickers with the childrens comments reflecting on their learning journeys and parents comments in daily diaries and also questionnaires and have discussed with mums who say they dont want to make comments, they enjoy looking at them and are happy with that.

She was here for 4 hours and I had done my SEF! Very very thorough, asked loads of questions was very pleasant too Im just exhausted now.

Hubby taking me out for dinner and a large glass of wine

Will let you know other feedback when I get my full report.

Well done :clapping: :jump for joy: I'm dreading my inspection as although I've got everything written down I'm not much of a talker and my mind goes blank sometimes :(
I just want to show how I interact with the children and care for them.
I really must start opening my SEF, been putting it off for too long, but then I've only started minding properly 01st September :)

I am dreading my first inspection (anticipating it December/January), I think mainly as I do not know what to expect . . . . just gonna plan to cover all bases (still worred).
