me and my dd made them today and they taste lovely

ingredients:
500g flour (plain white, or mixed with spelt flour or wholemeal..) I used half wholemeal plain and half spelt today
350ml warm water (not hot)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
40ml oil
35g fresh yeast or 1 tsp dried yeast

put flour, salt, sugar in a bowl
put yeast in the water and mix
then put yeast water and oil to the flower mix
mix well and then knead (good for kids to do..very easy non stick dough..if it is a bit sticky just add a tiny bit more flour)

then divide the dough into 12 pieces.
you can either make them any shapes you like and bake on a tray or even better, put them into an oiled muffin tin,

then brush with yoghurt and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds etc etc...whatever you fancy

put in a pre-heated oven at 190C for about 25 minutes.

the dough needs no resting time...the whole process to prepare can be done in one go..which makes this a very quick bread...and it tastes delicious!!

I love fresh bread. How soon could you eat it?

once it is cooled you can eat it...about 20 minutes I would wait at least... as otherwise you can get a sore tummy from white flour...
in france bakeries are by law not allowed to sell freshly baked white bread until 20 mins after it comes out of the oven for that reason!!
