My role as a childminder is to support parents and families who wish to work, to offer good childcare so the parent is happy to leave their child with me. To meet the needs of all of the children in my care, to help produce good rounded adults in the future, just a few ideas, bit late now, minds going blank. Good luck with your nvq i'm over half way through now and hoping to finish before xmas.
