do you make pictures on each obs

me again!
Do you need a picture of the child for every single obs/ link to EYFS?

I read somewhere not to bother writting an obs if we don't have the prove ( picture)!!!!!!!!!what about an obs about a child talking : how do you show it ?

and If they do a special picture/art/writting:Can we just stick the bit of art with obs or do we actually need a picture of the child making the picture as a proof??

Do they then go in the journal?

I have a variety of obs. Some have the photos, some are handwritten and some are the childrens work.

Any quick notes I have from children go on post it notes and no photo's - this would be great for talking as you could note their comments.

Not all of mine have a picture

I would be taking pictures constantly if I did that

I back some of my obs up with the childrens work or a pic or sometimes just the observation

Sometimes it can be difficult to back up an obs with a pic or if it is unexpected and the moment has gone before you can grab your camera / phone

Crikey that must be costing you a fortune as well!

I take too many pictures, but then before I get them printed I think about how I'm going to use them first... and delete loads :D
