Hi, I have someone coming tom who potentially wants me to have her 2 girls ages 3 and 5 on weds afternoons from 3 till 6.30pm and in the holidays - do I charge a retainer for the holidays and how much? thanks

Not sure if i understand this right but if she wants you to have them in the holidays then there will be no need to charge a retainer fee for the hols. ??

Hi, sorry I mean they want me to have them weds afternoons in the term time and full days in the school holidays, I thought I would need to charge a retainer in term time to keep a space for the whole days in the school holidays ? Thanks
