hi, i a new to this forum and had a look to see if my question could be answered but no luck. After phoning ncma about 6 times for various mistakes on thier part (0845 number not cheap) it seems that i should of come straight here for my answers! please can one of you helpfull people tell me if all we get with reguards to insurance info/documents is an a5 certificate? i have no info on what it covers, who to phone if needed to claim etc, can't log into members page on ncma in case there was any info there as they made a mistake on the spelling of my name and can't update thier computer for 10 days? i can't log on to that saver thing or anything else. thank you in advance

I am not an Ncma member but I do know there is a handbook and other information that should have come out to you.

Do you have a problem you need help with now? If so, let us know and we'll try and help you.

Otherwise I'd give them a ring and ask for a handbook!!

NCMA public liability:

accidental injury including death
legal costs
nusiance/trespass
accidental injury casused by incoorect app f first aid
accidental loss or damage
admin of meds
children left in care of another during emergency
motor contingency libility
member to member indemnity
exhibitions, creches etc
accompanying parents on holiday abroad
babysitting

exclusions:
abuse and physical punishment
loss or damage to childcarer property
own children
own vehicle
pollution or contamination
asbestors
own home or possessions
childrens property in care of childcarer
