After my moaning the other day about my main mindees mum resigning the very first week after asking me to up my days from 2 to 3 it seems like I may have found a new family. Originally it was just for one child who is at nursery and I would do drop off pick up and care for her afterwards and the two year old who apparently has a real problem mixing was going to day nursery to encourage her sociability. Surprise surprise fellow childminders, when the little one came in she was so enchanted with my other little ones and the whole set up that she actually was more outgoing and participating than her older sister!
So tonight mum has called to say she will speak to hubby but she is really keen to send them both to me!!!!
My only doubt is the putting of "all my eggs in one basket" with siblings again as you really are left in the lurch but at least mum has been honest in so much as she has said the older one will go to after school club when she starts full time in September so at least I can put an advert in to get myself sorted.
So things have seemed to work out ok, but I won't count my chickens yet!
Goodness I must be ready for Easter with all this talk of eggs and chickens!!!
:clapping:  :clapping:
