right...

i have 3 spaces to fill, but now i have had 4 enquiries

i was all set to sign up the ones who have enquired but now i have the other enquiry that is more money than another enquiry, and an easier pick up.

how do you decide???

More money and an easier pick up would swing it for me, if parents and mindees are nice :)

I'm in the same postition.

I've got 4 sets of parents enquiring about one space!

Why is it all the enquiries come at the same time? I can hardly keep up with them at the moment

no they haven't been to sign.

One mum has 1 yr old and 7 yr old, signing tomorrow

One has a 2 year old, she's at a funeral today and will sign next week when she returns, she has already given notice to her current minder as she needs someone local as she is back living with mum.

I have one for 5 year old girl trying to find out from Uni how to claim help with childcare so she can come sign contracts
one for 6 yr old boy wanting to sign tomorrow, this is the one i'm unsure of :panic:
and mum of 5 year old boy who visited on wednesday definatly wanting me to have C, will come asap to sign

:panic: too many kids too little spaces

I would keep the one at the funeral as you have committed to this and go with whoever signs and passed the money over

mum of K aged 6 has messaged me tonight wanting me to start on thursday,
this is the LO i'm not sure about as the school is out my way (not on my usual school run but near-ish my house)

have told her i'm not working next week as my full timers are on holiday and the others don't start til the following week
