How long until initial Ofsted visit?

We finally get our reg packs end of this month..just wondered roughly how long it is between sending off your reg pack and first home visit?

I live in the south east if any help

I think it depends on your area and now that some people get theirs within 2 weeks.

I live just within M25 area and they called within 2 weeks then came a week later. Make sure you are ready for inspection before you post.

I sent my forms off and got a call about a week later and she came out to see me the following week.

CRB check came back 3 weeks after my pre-reg inspection so things have moved quite quickly for me (so far, lol!).

I'm in Norfolk by the way - I think things do vary from area to area.
