Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction to register as a data controller. I have browsed on the ico site but can't find the form to fill in.

Thanks

I haven't because I don't keep any of my mindees or their families personal details on my computer. They are on paper only so no need.

hi.. I've register because I'm going to put the LOs pic on my website.. if you are using a personal computer and keeping details on there that is okay.. this logging of info only has an influence re data protection if you were using a company computer which most if not all of us dont do.. xx hope that helps.:)

Hi, I have.

I keep all my obs typed up (handwriting awful!). I also keep all my letters and file notes about meetings with parents on the PC. All are password protected.
