Me too. I always buy them in the sales after Christmas along with my cards and wrapping paper.

we were in wilkinsons this morning getting craft stuff and they were clearing the gardening stuff to make room for the christmas stuff :clapping:

I did mean the choc ones I wouldn't want to buy! We usually make ours with little boxes for each day and have a candle that we light at tea time with mindees. :thumbsup:

Ooh! now I am starting to think nice Christmassy ideas and summer is not quite over :D

By me there is a Matalan outlet where they sell all the stuff that doesn't go in the sales...and it is FULL of santa outfits for babies already

Its a bit scary isn't it. I have done quite a lot of Present shopping as well. I have a cupboard in my bedroom where I keep it all. I hate going out in a last minute rush. It also spreads the cost of it all.

Money will be tight after our move so my kids have been told not to ask us for big presents and anything too frivolous!

Family members and godchildren will be cut back too.

Glad I have been saving £1 a week with the milkman for some treats :thumbsup:

i think as sales have been so bad this year that the shops are hoping to get MORE sales by starting early.

i wish the recession would end :panic:

I have been to Card Factory today and they have all the Christmas Cards, Gift Bags & Diaries in!!!!!!!!!!:panic: It can't come yet I need more pennies first!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D
