I posted last week about a mum not coming to sign contracts for 2nd time and then she text me to say she'd been taken ill and could she come on Wed?
Well she did come - in fact she rang to see if she could come an hour earlier than arranged and was then 5 mins early!! She signed contract, bringing with her a cheque for half the first months' fees and asked if she could pay 2nd half when her tax credits came through as she has just paid a £600 nursery fee bill (they send bills at end of month) and she couldn't afford to pay their fees and mine in advance but would be able to in Oct. She's a single mum so only one wage.
Her little girl starts on Tuesday (a week earlier than I thought so I had to phone Ofsted and ask if they could bring forward my variation by a week) to get used to being with me before she starts school the following.
She also said that my hubby could borrow her car on a Wednesday so that I can have our car to take the mindees to the library for Storytime (Wed is only day hubby has to have the car).
