I am INSANE and HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

my first mindee is starting on monday..so far so good. 3 days a week temp until xmas.

in the last 2 days I had tons of queries...
so now I have 2 more kids starting..
1 full time permanent on monday as well
and her brother asap (asap meaning as soon as I can get a car...!!)
need a car to pick him up from school and said I would get one anyway but not it will be urgent.!!
the family with the 2 kids used to live in austria where I am from..and they want their kids to continue speaking german..so they really want me to look after them...the phoned last night came today..phoned 20 mins ago...
and I am going to buy a car and be nearly full..

oh and I had another inquiry for next year for a little german boy...

I think I found my niche (sp?) bilingual german-english childminding!!

WOHOO WOHOO
but madness at the same time...

months nothing and now I am nearly full in the space of 2 weeks...with more inquiries coming daily...

I am soooo happy!!

HELP!!

I couldnt sleep last night at all I am so nervous

I am going from not working to a 50+ hour week with 3-4 children on monday...
I am making breakfast, lunch and dinner...
and I need to get the car asap to be able to start looking after the little girls brother as well..

I AM SOOOOO NERVOUS about it all..worried I cant do it and worried my dd will be upset....did I mention I was soooo nervous!!

How will I cope?? What have I done??

HELP!!

Oh you will be fine! Of course you can do it!

You could try making the main meal ahead so you can just warm it up on the day (shepherd's pie or a casserole) that would be one less thing to worry about and would mean you could spend more time getting to know the children.

Get a few crafty bits sorted to fall back on if you need to - print a few colouring pictures off, cut out some shapes and get some collage materials together. That way you'll feel more organised and won't be rushing about trying to find something to do.

This is end of week 2 and everything is going well

Kids are fab, love my Zafira....we are having fun fun fun..
oh and I am shattered in the evenings..especially towards thursday friday...

But I am soo happy it all finally has fallen into place!!
