Hey all,
I have my first visit tomorrow from a lady and her husband and her 3 children she wishes to be minded! OMG. I feel like I made a complete prat of myself on the phone, didn't even ask her, her children's names?! I feel like she already hates me!
Have you any tips on how to keep calm, what if the children don't like me? What if her 4 month old baby crys! What if they ask me loads of questions and I stumble...oh christ, I need a cup of tea...or maybe wine!
I am truly grateful for any help! Oooh and at which point do I give her my 50 million policies to browse through? Tomorrow or if and when she signs on the dotted line?!
