I am doind RA's for my house.

Do you put all potential risks even if they have solution already in place or do we just write the hazards that need an action taken?

For example- do i write windows down as a hazard even though i have window locks from forever?

Or just things like radiator which in winter I will check temp and either turn it down or cover with a towel?

This is probably a really thick question but i'm sooooo unsure!

I write down everything that is a risk.

It shows I have thought about it :D

I was going to but wanted to check i wasn't doing anything that was unnecessary!

Yeah me too. I go through everything in every room that might be a hazzard and show how I have minimised the risks.

You lists all items that may be of risk, you then write the potential hazards for each items and what you have in place to minimise the risk or what you need to put in place. For exampl;
Windows-risk of child opening and falling out-have window locks in place.
If you type in risk assessments into search at the top it will bring up links to example sheets and templates etc.....
