After school care and school holiday care?

Hi All

I need some advice please as Im new to all this.

Basically I have an after school child - How do I go about the contract???

How do I contract the school hols?

I would add it into the additional notes section.

Like before - add into the additional notes section - so I have

7.45am - 8.55am and then 3.15pm -5.15pm on the Tues and Thurs columns and then in the additional notes I have:

&.45am -5.15pm (Tues and Thurs) during Easter and Summer hoildays. Other holidays by arrangement provided 2 weeks notice is given.
