Yikes my inspections tommorrow!

I am so nervous i feel sick & have a headache:panic:
Any good last minute advice?
Is it as bad as i think it will be?:panic:

Easy for me to say because I get just like you...but

try and get a good nights sleep, eat breakfast even if you dont feel like it in the morning, you'll think clearer and feel better, at the very least have a banana, thats what I was told before my driving test :laughing:

Be yourself, try to enjoy the experience, the vast majority of inspectors are lovely and will put you at ease

I always look at my inspections as an assessment of what Im doing (just sounds better I think)

I had my inspection this morning! It lasted just short of three hours.I was the same, felt really sick,terrible headache and had no sleep last night! A lot of worry for nothing! The inspection was fine,as long as you are prepared.The ofsted inspector was really nice and gave loads of great advice. Don't worry about it,believe me,it's no where near as bad as you think.:) Good Luck!
