Hi

I have just recieved the new ncma accident record forms, i Use to have the old ones with the picture of the body on it to mark where the accident was

The new ones have 2 accident forms on the one sheet. Now im probably being stupid but do we have to wait till the child has 2 accidents before we give the parent the carbon copy?

The top copy is perferated so you can give the parents it after each accident, you have to look closly to see it though.

I don't like the new ones!:( or the new register (the lines are too feint and I keep filling in the wrong day:(

Iv'e found that with the new register as well. I have to be really careful. I thought it was old age and my sight going!
