New and unused! I'm using my own paper work so not needed!

I hate to say this but are you a member of NCMA? In which case you need to be using their Contracts at the very least.

Yes i am a member. Got a spare copy of the ncma contracts as my auntie has recently given up childminding and gave me hers. It's only the ncma contracts i use. The rest is my own paperwork.

I think Ricky is right, you have to use ALL their paperwork incase you need legal representation in the future or your insurance becomes void, i think its different with MM though x
