In the weekly expenditure, do you put the figure down per child per week or per day?

I've only just looked at my accounts book for the first time and am confused already :o

You can put it in each week but also at the end of the month if you want to add it in in one lump sump. As long as it is justified and adds up you will be okay.

I used to put it in once a month in the last week as I only did my accounts monthly. Work out how many children in the month and multiply by the cost you are claiming and put one figure in.
