does the crb forms come seperate in the post or should they have came with my ofsted application form.

just starting to fret due to my pre-reg next thursday an haven't received anything.

I got mine from early years/cis when I did the induction course they called pathways. Maybe contact them

I had already got a crb for myself and my husband so i just put the refernce number from that on my application form to Ofsted. They sent me a crb form for my daughter to fill in and have ready at the pre-reg. I would ring ofsted up and ask about them

You can print them from the Ofsted website then they will be filled in and ready for the Inspector to take away - don't fill in the bits at the end though, just have the evidence ready to show her :D

when i did my icp i was given my applicatition forms for ofsted when i sent them off i recieved a letter back with my crb forms in i had to fil them in and then give them to the inspector at my pre reg visit

mine was sent to me a week before my pre-reg visit so i just had them ready i should be registered very soon and i cant wait to start !
