Well my order has come through - in a big box that was only half occupied by my stuff!!
I didnt get quite a bit - leg braces (for the doll), Faiths and Festivals book, French snap, Around the World snap, My 1st Thousand Words in Sapnish (book), Emotions Photo Cards.
I did get the other bits and am impressed with those - disability and multi cultural puzzles, Months of the Year A4 cards, Learn to Dress Doll - Hassan, Multicultural Paper Dolls and Early Years and Baby Signs flash cards - my 9 yr old DD has been communicatin with me all morning using these!!:laughing:
I am impressed with what I have although disappointed with the missing things. But I guess considering we ALL went on there and ordered, we were bound to run stocks low!
I will keep them in my Favourites and look there now and then.

I only got two of the things I ordered - very disappointed because all of the things on my order were still showing as available the next day.
I have written and complained so will let you know if I get any response

They took verually all the money so hopefully the order will be more or less complete. I will phone on Monday if nothing has come by lunch time.

I ordered on Sunday 19th as well (very late mind you!) and I haven't had anything yet either.
Just had credit card statement and I think that it was produced before that order went through so I haven't been able to check how much money (if any!) has been debited.
Let us know what they say if you phone on Monday.

I just received my order and only got 2 items, states the other 3 items have sold out. Really not happy about this cos the 2 items i received does not justify paying £3 p & P for. Ive e-mailed to complain cos i wouldn't have bothered ordering the 2 items i received if i'd know the other items were sold out. I'll let you know if i hear anything.

I understand why they ran out of things they must have got hundreds of orders from people on this forum alone, but surely if they couldnt complete orders they should have got in touch with people to see if they wanted what they did have

All my order came on Wednesday
I just went on their site and checked - my order still says pending but payment says complete!
Think I'll be on the phone Monday morning!

I got all of my order except for one book - I also had a huge box that was only half full - what a waste of cardboard!

I had this and got quite excited thinking I obviously had all my order. I was really annoyed with the fact that they had blocked off half the box and then filled just the other half with my order.
They could have cut one box in half and done both of our orders!!

The majority of my order was missing - most annoying was that I got 2 x 1/2 sets of books!:(

I ordered my things on Saturday 19th July, they arrived on 1st August, complete order except for one jigsaw.
I ordered just jigsaws and a book and they are great, waiting now for mindees to arrive to see what they think!
Delivery was slow but I guess that was down to the huge response which took them by surprise!

Sorry I've been off sick the last two days. The order arrived today. Several items missing but to be honest I placed quite a large order :blush: What I have got is great.
I did ring them though to ask why they had taken my money on the 22nd and not processed the order until the 3rd August. Wait for it.....................
its all your faults ladies (and gents) lol :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:
They were overwhelmed with orders and actually mentioned forum members!
There are onle 5 of them running the company. Their website does not update stock as it is being ordered, they have to do it manually and although they were working longer hours they could not keep up with the volume of overnight and weekend orders which is why when we ordered it did not show as out of stock.
The last orders should come in the next few days.
I have suggested that next time they do a big sale they only do a 50% off and invest the remainder in updateing the web site.
They are going to have another big sale in August so keep watching.
She also said that if anyone is unhappy about an order, I know a couple of people have mentioned the small order the recieved they felt didn't warrent the postage charge. Ring them and they will try to sort it out for you.

The rest of my order came yesterday (I ordered twice). The items are great, can't wait for the August sale!
Well done to them, if there are only 5 of them. Bet they need a holiday now :laughing: :D

Thanks for that - I haven't received my order still and haven't had a chance to ring them either.
I did check credit card and they've taken some money but not the full amount so I'm obviously not going to get all my order either!
Hopefully I'll find out tomorrow.

I got my order today and i am really pleased with it. A few items missing but the main things i wanted i got, the chinese outfit especially so i cant complain really. Can't wait till ugust sale hope they have restocked:D

I emailed them last night and got a message back this morning to say that my order was posted out yesterday... will be interesting to see what turns up :rolleyes:

Would you recommend the flash cards or poster as both display 40-42 signs??
