So.. Is the paperwork involved in childminding really as bad as people say?
I'm sure there is a lot and the people are not exaggertaing but how do you all find it?

Exactly how much is there? I'm guessing:

Daily reports
Observations
Daily/weekly planning for EYFS
Registers of attendance
Accident/Medicine books
Papaerwork related to payroll
Invoicing

I'm sure there's probably a lot more that I haven't thought of???

You are definitely on the right track... it will sort of grow with you.

The most important thing is to make it manageable... if it's getting you down change it! :D

Thanks guys. It sounds like a lot but I guess if you're organised and stay on top of it and have your own methods of dealing with it all it should be ok !
