I got my latest inspection and got outstanding again with the recommendation of consolidating all my paperwork - which was working. Just lost my motivation a bit I think. I'm really looking forward to sharing other peoples ideas... I'd really like to start over, sometimes its hard to see the wood for the trees.:(

But what a miserable first post!! I'm looking forward to making some new friends here.:D
