the festival shop

just wondered if anyone is still waiting for an order from the festival shop as i placed an order on the 17/07/09 and its still saying my payment has cleared but the order is still pending.

Not sure whether to try and contact them or just wait abit longer.
How long have most people waited for their order?

Errm, well I can't remember exactly but it didn't take long, maybe 3-4 days from placing the order.

I am still waiting. Mine says the same Order Pending but Payment Complete.

Someone else said theirs said this and then came through.

I hope it comes this week - there are some fun things in there I want to let the kids play with. I have a busy week so it would be nice to be able to throw some new things in.

I received mine about 3 days after placing the order, however I didn't get everything I had ordered as some of it had already been snapped up by others. Obviously they only charged me for what I did get. It could be that they just have loads of orders or maybe they haven't got the bits you ordered.

I would give them a ring and see what they say

I got the crutches, a white boy doll instead of black (!) and no wheelchair or guide dog. Did anyone get a wheelchair or dog?

I would buy your leg braces from you for the sale price plus postage to me if they are no good without the doll? Would have ordered myself but had ordered loads already ( if I had known half of it was out of stock I would have ordered more as I gave myself a limit:angry: )

i've just picked up my parcel from post office!

the instruments were out of stock, as were one set of stickers, but, i ordered the 'way we are-children' poster, and got sent the whole set of 6 !! i didn't know where i was even going to put one poster, let alone all of them now! they are bigger than i thought too!
