But it's a friend of mine who needs me to have her little boy for one week in the summer holidays.
Not sure if it makes it easier if my first customer is a friend.
I'll want to do things properly e.g. contracts, permissions and policies and procedures but i know she'll start messing about!
Oh well will let you know how it went later she's coming around between
6-7pm. xx

Just let her know you have to deal with everything professionally, that includes all paperwork.

and thats she understands fees are to be paid on time and theirs no friend rates ect.... i had a friend once who i minded her little one and i had to terminate contrcact because she thought cause were mates ill take the ****!! and you wont mind!

I started of with friends, I never had a problem it is a good way of getting confidence, abit of a practice run, if shes anything of a friend she will know you have to do things professional.

Just letting everyone know she signed the contract. I went through everything with her only thing that put me off was fer flicking through my tv chanels which trying to discuss things with her!
Maybe it will be easier with smeone i don't know! Lol xx:laughing:
