frozen shoulder!

My SIL went to docs today and has been diagnosed with a frozen shoulder! she is finding it very hard work lifting her toddler,does anyone know how long they last? she has been refered for physio and hoping it won't take long!

Got to admit I've not heard of it before.

My mum had this & physio did help her but it took a couple of months. My FIL also had this & he had injections which helped almost straight away.

Shes having an injection on fri, said it will help till she has physio

Very painful condition I sympathise.

Mine was much improved by acupuncture the physio was a waste of 8 weeks.
