thanks for that debbie
i have ordered 2 one for me and one for my mindee who's mum is pregnant to give her when the baby is born, they are anglo indian and it's hard to find nice ethnic dolls for her.
also by buying 2 i actually saved money on postage so effectively the 2nd only cost me £4
right i do have to stop spending money now

Thanks I've ordered one too. Have a funny feeling it will end up in bed with my dd though, and probably naked. Why do dolls never wear clothes?

I have ordered too, hope they have good stock levels! Ordered a car seat for it too.
I ordered a transformer from amazon for my ds last fri, he has been looking forward to getting it in post since then but had an email this morning saying they have cancelled the order as stock has sold out! He is so upset, why did they wait til today, they must have known stock levels on Fri.

I might get one of these it is similar to the Annabell, that my dd was bought for her birthday and she treats it like a real baby. When it goes to sleep she makes us all be quiet so the baby dosen't wake up and she takes her to bed. At meal times annabelle sits in a high chair at the table and then has her face wiped with a face cloth. It may seem sweet but the doll is very annoying and I have to admit I often switch her off when dd is looking.

Mine arrived today. The cheeky courier left the huge box on the step in full view of anyone passing. I was in at the time as well. Anyway her name is Jessica according to William. It is hilarious watching him - he usually avoids the other dolls and tears around with the buggy. He is fascinated by the fact that if you put the pink dummy in she closes her eyes. There is no way I am mixing the food up though - enough dirty nappies to change without doing a doll! She is definately worth the money. Great bargin.

Did you find yourselves thinking "oooo now what can i make with all this packaging ?" like i did lol. Think we should have an ethnic baby born party  My DD is 6 so she re-dresses her again once she's been striped. We did make up the food twice , but so far she's not poo'd . Its a constant worry i can tell you ! lol

If she is constipated she might be dehydrated. :panic: Best give her a nice full bottle.

I did with washing up liquoid in lol  I like the bit in the instructions , after it has told you to push her hard onto the potty , to explain to your child that this is not how you treat a real baby
