Well, not exactly how i anticipated Monday to work out!

Hubby phoned the docs as he was having chest pains and they said to go to A&E. I picked him up from work having first collected mindee from nursery early and took him to A&E. Having established that he would be quite a while in A&E because of them being really busy i phoned my childminder friend who came and collected mindee from me - having first phoned his mum.

Hubby has been admitted to hospital to find out whats the problem and mindee is back with me waiting for mum to collect.

My cm friend is fab and ready to do anything - can't thank her enough:thumbsup:

Just got to wait for results now from hospital.

Hubby is home from hospital and the good news is that the final blood test also came back negative for a heart attack. Unfortunately though it seems there is something wrong with his heart as the spray he uses in his mouth does work. So, we have to wait now for an appointment with the heart specialist people to find out whats the problem.

Must admit i feel more worried now than i did yesterday. I am hoping that its something mild and that it can be treated. The idea of him catching this flu and having these underlying problems is a worry.

Pleased it wasn't a heart attack and hubby is now home.

Think positive - at least you are now aware he might have a problem with his heart so if there's even the remotest sign he's got swine flu you'll get him treatment straight away.

Hoping they find out what is wrong quickly.
