Hi all..... I need to find agencies that can help children and their families with transitions so far i have:

NSPCC

Department for children, school and family

Child support Agency

Child workforce development council

Early years childcare development team

Mencap

YMCA

Im not a 100% sure if these agencies are right :panic: (Please tell me if any are not appropiate) and i would very much appriciate some help with any other agencies any of you loverly people can think of........

Not sure about Ymca... and not sure Mencap exists any more - is it Scope?? Would they help with a child?? Does it mean transitions between settings (schools, childminder and school etc) or does it mean moving house or a death in the family as that would make it different...?

I would be thinking about agencies such as Senco, Speech Therapists, Audiologists for deaf children, Social Care etc.

Does that sound right? :D

Hi sarah, Its transition between planned and unplanned...... but thanks for the one u have listed and adviced as to the unsure one will removed from my list....but any other agencies would be most welcomed thanks Sarah......:D
