anyone have these and can recommened them?

I foudn these after a college tutor [at enrolment] mentioned them to me and seem a good idea.

link isnt working but I used to have these in a nursery I worked at.

they are a good idea but kinda restricts the children to be independant.
they aid the cutting skill that can also be done with an adult sitting next to a child holding scissors to deomnstrate the action so the child can copy.

i would consider investing in some if I had a child with no coordination skills or lack of fine motor skills due to a disability but not for general use.

this is only my opinion though.

me too. the ones on link look good but they need to use the others eventually.

Thanks for the link I have never seen these before, i have ordered a pair of the ebay ones, because i am a 'you never know when they may come in handy' kind of hoarder!:laughing:

I find the sprung loaded ones useful for children who are getting frustrated.:D
