I don't think the link is opening the correct document.

I always use the NCMA ones however short the contract. I am a member and have insurance with them so I have to to be covered.

If I remember rightly your NCMA pack has not yet arrived with your contracts in. The contract in that link looks fine as a temporary measure. Do you have your insurance in place?

That's right, waiting to hear if I got the start up grant, done NCMA membership & insurance online tonight as they were shut, gonna ring them tomorrow to make sure it's ok but I did put that I wanted it to start from tomorrow so it should be fine x

I think it looks ok as a temporary contract until your proper ones come through.

Just make sure you write - temporary contract - across the top.
