there have been loads of suggestion given recently. Have a good look around and see the many different ideas for advertising.

One suggestion that leaps to mind because it has been different is to wear a badge which you can get from NCMA.....it states that you are an Ofsted Registered childminder.

i can't remember who originally posted it (sorry whoever you were!) but she got quite a lot of good response from it

Worth a try!!

Have you checked the CIS site to see how far down the list you are?

I alter something on mine every so often to bring it back to the top

Be careful! I was talking to someone on here the other day who has been a recent victim of the Vistaprint scam and is struggling to get her money back - once you've bought from them, you are open to the suggestion that you ticked the relevant box!

Do you go to toddler groups, sorry if I seem to bang on about them but it's good to get yourself out there. There is no better advertisment than people seeing how good you are with the kid/s you've already got.
