Daily risk assessments

I'm a newly registered childminder and I am getting rather stressed about risk assessments I have done risk assessments for all around the house and garden which you do annually. Now I'm stuck on the daily risk assessments has anyone got a template? I dont know how to set it out and what kind of things you have on the daily risk assessments. Please help me I'm getting such a headache.

It's the sort of thing that you would be doing in your head anyway. Before children arrive in the morning what do you need to check?

stair gates are closed
door keys are on hooks
no medicines about
no knives out
floor is clear of small toys

etc etc
