sick question

I have had a child today who was sick in the car on way home from day out at the park. Once been sick he was fine and played quite happily. His dad managed to pick him up 2 hours later! He is full of cold, all green gunge coming from all areas. My question is would you have him tomorrow. I really don't think it is a sick bug, prob his cold. Mum texted to say had all tea at home and is fine. I have said see how he goes over night.

What do you think ???? :panic:

If fine over night I would have him back again tomorrow as you said could be all the gunge from his cold gone onto his stomach that made him sick.

I would if all was well tonight. This heat could be something to do with it aswell, especially if in a warm car after running around at the park :)

My own son was sick and am sure it is down to heat as was only once and was fine after. Wait for phone call, but if all ok i'd have him tomorrow.:)

I agree it sounds more to do with his cold than a bug

If he's OK overnight then I'd have him tomorrow too

If he was only sick the once and has since been ok then yes, I would have him tomorrow

To be honest it is how I feel as well but I really hate sick! However, don't think it would be fair to not have him considering. Thanks for advice everyone :thumbsup:

I probably would for the reasons stated above, but then our school wouldn't because they say that you can't be sure that this isn't a bug, and sometimes they have been right (not with my kids but others), where the parents have insisted that it was cold gunk, or one too many marshmallows etc!
