Invoices

:D Hi all

Just wondering if you issue invoices to parents?

If so do you have a special invoice book? Where did you get it from?

I have looked on the NCMA shop but they dont sell them? :cool:

I always issue invoices 10 days before the end of each month. I use one of the ones from here (http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/templates/CT101172551033.aspx) and always print my fees policy on the back so there are no misunderstandings;)

I just print my own but usually only give them to those parents who conveniently forget to pay ;) :angry:

My other parents either pay weekly or by DD :D

I only do invoices for the monthly payers of which I have two. Everyone else pays weekly. Some times I will do one for a weekly who is using lots of different hours (she is a flexi), so she can see exactly what she is being charged for! I use an invoice book I got from WHSmith, as its the only one I could find! But it's not very good as it isn't really designed for childminding!

Might start printing my own instead now.

This is mine if it is any use. To add extra rows click on table, then insert, row above or row below in case you need to add more or less. I also put my fee policy on the back

I give invoices to my parents- Ithink I had mine off the Bromley website.:)

I give an invoice to one of my mindees as the fees are different each month. I just write it down on note paper though.
