fire drill template?

I need to do my first fire drill with a 10 month old, 2 years old and 4 years old ! :panic:

Is there such a thing as a fire drill template to help me logg what I am suppose to logg ?

The only thing I would want to add to that is a section to log time taken, this is something a few childminders have been told by ofsted they would like to see :thumbsup:

I've heard that too but I think it's more relevant to say what, if any, problems you had evacuating and then what you could do to overcome them
