Im thinking of naming my business little feet childminding, do i have to register the name or anything?

ooohhhh good name hun but i dont know ??? ive named my service as Fun Days and didnt think if i had to register it or not? Sarah might know as she named her service after her town,,,

If you are just using it on your paperwork then you don't need to register, if your using it formally, like on your HMRC paperwork then you need to register with Companies House, but this costs and you have to form each year which costs also.

I haven't registered mine as official paperwork is in my name but the paperwork and anything for parents is in Happy Bunnies.
