Sports Day??

I usually have E mornings until 12-45. Next week my son and E are having their sports day in the morning [they are both in nursery my son am E pm]

Now I said to E's mum whats happening on monday she said I'll be at his sports day, which is obviously fine btu would you still charge her as its E's time with me ususlly but I'll be at sports day anyway???

how would you work it?

If E is usually with you for those hours i would charge.

Me too - I'd charge because if it wasn't Sports Day you'd be having him anyway.

Yes i would charge, it is contracted hours and if we let go free everytime something came up we would be poor!

that said i got rail roaded into a mum not paying when she picked her own 3 children up from school one day last week, but i will be telling her when i see her that i presume that if i don't expect to be paid then it is fine for to only pick them up when i choose!
